As first-time homeowners, we couldn’t be happier with our new build experience! From the very beginning, we were impressed with the design process and the flexibility the builder offered us. Even though it was a spec home, we were able to choose finishes that reflected our style and add a few custom touches to make the space truly our own. As retirees, we decided it was time to downsize and we looked for a long time before we found Point Gardens. We liked what this new community could offer us – a smaller, energy efficient new home that is quite manageable for us. We are loving the solar panels! Here at Point Gardens, you’ve got that small town feel, but you’re still close to Sun Prairie and Madison. We’ve been here a year and are enjoying how cozy the home is – and being new, it’s so easy to maintain. The yards are small, which is perfect – but I can still have my garden and flowers. The neighbors are friendly and we love how everyone is out walking in the neighborhood in the evenings. I found out about Point Gardens through an ad on Facebook. My wife and I came to view one of the model homes and were impressed with the quality of the homes, especially after touring some other builders in the Madison area. In the beginning of the process what we really liked was the ability to add upgrades to our home to fit our needs. The home turned out GREAT.
What really impressed us was working with Kim. With my work schedule Kim communicated outside normal business hours which most companies wouldn't and I really appreciated it. Kim kept us up to date on the progress of the home and gave us tours. This was great. She also did a GREAT job making sure that the house was clean before we moved in.
